We provide mentorship, educational support, and career readiness programs designed to foster resilience and confidence. By partnering with local leaders and educators, we create safe spaces where youth can discover their passions and prepare for tomorrow's challenges.

OUR MISSION
Helping Rhode Island youth prepare, connect, and thrive. Y.O.U.T.H. Thrive Network of Rhode Island empowers young people through workforce readiness, financial literacy, leadership development, wellness, mentorship, career exploration, and practical life skills. We create engaging, youth-centered experiences that help young people discover their strengths, build confidence, develop practical skills, and explore pathways to education, training, employment, and leadership. Our work goes beyond preparation. By connecting youth, families, schools, employers, financial institutions, mentors, workforce organizations, and community partners, we are building a stronger bridge between potential and opportunity.
