At Y.O.U.T.H. Thrive Network of Rhode Island, we believe young people thrive when preparation is connected to opportunity.
We create engaging, youth-centered experiences that help young people build workforce readiness, financial capability,
leadership, confidence, wellness, and practical life skills while exploring education, training, and career pathways.
But preparation is only part of the journey. YTNRI brings together youth, families, schools, employers, financial institutions,
mentors, workforce organizations, and community partners to create a network of relationships, resources, and real-world
experiences that help young people take meaningful next steps toward their future.
Our goal is simple: youth leave better prepared, better connected, and more confident about what comes next.
